Car was great. Could have been better clarity with both the pick up and drop off instructions. We were given the lot name and a row and a picture of the car. But the rows are three giant sections long and you just keep walking until you find it. So it took a while. Maybe say that the car is in the first, second or third group for better clarity. Also, no information was provided with the reservation that there would be a parking charge at pick up. Because the car is parked in an onsite economy lot, and for who knows how long it has been there, it is not explained that the renter will be charged for the parking when we pick it up. In our case, the parking was $28. I don’t even know if this will be refunded since it’s not explained in the rental.
At drop off, the original parking lot information (there are multiple parking lots on premise at MCO; was it economy north? Economy south?) that was provided in the pick up instructions, along with the code for the key lock box, didn’t stay with the reservation for drop off and wasn’t included in the drop off instructions. It took a lot of back and forth messaging and a phone call to get sorted out. So, could have been better detailed for a smoother return process. Overall, it was a great car.

However, for your reservation, Turo was only showing us that the delivery location was MCO Airport and did not provide any additional parking information, which unfortunately caused the misunderstanding. Regarding the $28 parking fee, I wasn’t aware of that charge. Airport parking is typically around $15, and we’ll be refunding the difference. We appreciate your feedback!
