Car ran roughly and engine light

Great and easy pickup I love that they are family oriented and i appreciate the Jesus loves you 🙏🏾 will definitely use this car and people again in the future

I had a very disappointing experience with this vehicle and would not recommend it to future renters. Upon pickup, it was immediately apparent that the car was in poor condition both cosmetely and mechanically.

The exterior showed significant wear, including faded paint and damage to the rear bumper. Inside, the vehicle was equally concerning, with numerous stains throughout the headliner, damaged interior components, a cracked driver-side sun visor mirror, and a damaged rearview mirror. The charging port was loose and exposed wiring when used, which raised additional safety concerns.

The vehicle’s infotainment system appeared to be an aftermarket tablet that functioned poorly and was difficult to use. More concerning were the apparent mechanical issues. The air conditioning was ineffective and stopped functioning while I was sitting in the vehicle. The brake pedal required excessive travel before responding and still did not feel adequate when braking. The cruise control warning light repeatedly flashed, indicating a possible malfunction. Additionally, the vehicle struggled to accelerate, hesitated under throttle, and generally felt unsafe to operate. The rear tires also appeared excessively worn and near replacement.

Due to these concerns, I turned around and returned the vehicle within approximately 30 minutes of pickup after driving only a short distance from the pickup location. I was traveling with my two children and did not feel comfortable continuing to drive a vehicle that appeared to have multiple safety and maintenance issues.

In my opinion, this vehicle requires significant servicing, repairs, replacement of damaged interior components, and a thorough detailing before it should be rented again. I am genuinely surprised by the previous ratings, as my experience was far below expectations. Safety and vehicle condition should be prioritized, and unfortunately this vehicle did not meet those standards.

car quality was great pick up location was great however upon checking out the app was having issues letting me end my trip

I had to send a personal message to let host know and still ended up receiving an email after dropping the car off that my trip never ended.

At 8:26 p.m. I was allowed to end my trip on the app (even though I had dropped the car off before 7:30 p.m.) I hope they don't charge me for this technical difficulty.
