The host and car itself was nice. My only issue was the fact that there was an AirTag attached to the vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. I don’t mind if the car is being tracked, but it would’ve been nice to be informed about the AirTag.
It can be misleading to find a notification on your phone that you’re being tracked not being aware of the situation. But other than that, the experience was nice.

The car was in great condition, and the host was highly responsive during our communication. My only issue was with the lack of information in advance. I was notified only a few hours before pickup that an AirTag was inside the car, which goes against Turo's tracking policies. I was uncomfortable with this setup, but because of the short notice and lack of other available rental options, I had to proceed with the trip anyway.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with and their flexibility.
