The car was returned to the drop off location within hours due to faulty battery. Staff member came to 1st location to jump off the car with cables. After driving like 2 miles, car wouldn't start again so staff member came to 2nd location and jumped the car off again. At that point, I was uncomfortable driving the car to fail on me again, so I asked staff member to follow me back to drop off location. I only had the car about 4-5 hours

The guest drained the battery (which we replaced early this year with a brand new one). Our staff went to her location to jump the car, and was successful. The guest then shut off the car again in less than 10 minutes (which we told the guest to keep it on for at least 20 minutes so it can charge), which prompted us to come back again, but the car was completely fine, and is currently in perfect condition.

Easy pick up and drop off process,
plus free shuttle to and from the airport. Smoothest process ever definitely will be booking again when i come back to Orlando.
