I would not recommend renting this car, the only positive thing I can say is the car got us from A to B but besides that everything was a hassle. The first annoyance was that he gave us the wrong Tesla key. The physical key didn’t work for the car because it was for another one of his rentals, second he doesn’t give you access to the car through the Tesla app he does it through a third party app, so every time you want to lock/unlock the car you have to get into the app and press a button and to start the car you have to get into the app again and press another button, instead of just using the Tesla app and having the car automatically lock or unlock and being able to just press the brake and start the car, 3rd he only gave us 12 hours of permission on the third party app so the second day of our reservation we spent over an hour trying to get ahold of him and he never responded so I had to get in contact with Turo and they had to contact him to resolve the issue. Trying to get ahold of him was like pulling teeth, and above all that the rental was expensive for the most base model Tesla. There was no premium connectivity so you can’t use Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube or anything that needs internet which is something I would expect to be able to use after the amount we paid to rent the car for our stay. Like I said the car did it’s basic job and got us from A to B but everything else was a hassle

Pick up and drop off were seamless. Car drove great the whole trip. Host was very responsive, not that we needed to reach out for anything. It was a good pick for our trip. 10/10.
