Everything was great! Affordable price. The car was clean and comfortable. The driving experience was great and the car didn't consume a lot of gas. Working with Rodnier was a breeze, he communicated very well and answered messages promptly. We did encounter a hiccup at pickup but a short call to Rodnier resolved everything quickly.

Host was not so willing to help. First told me after booking that car was unavailable. Then after 30mins on the phone with Turu to get help he tells Turu the car is available. I had to end the trip almost 24hrs earlier. Host said he could not change my trip. First host that says that to me. Couldn’t close it until my time was up which worried me as he went to pick up the car after I dropped it off, my rent still open and protection of the vehicle was all on me. By far the worse experience with Turo I’ve had. Price was alright

My goal as a host is always to provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle and to be punctual and reliable for every guest. Regarding trip changes, I do not approve requests to shorten a reservation when a longer trip was originally booked to receive a multi-day discount and is later reduced to the actua time the vehicle was needed. Those discounts are based on the original length of the reservation, and approving this type of change can unfairly affect the host's earnings.
Soy argentina, no conocía esta app y modalidad. Me pareció muy buena, sin tantos trámites y depósitos ni nada. Este auto práctico, limpio, en condiciones. Todo funcionando. El propietario excelente, me respondió todas mis preguntas.
