Everything about this rental was absolutely perfect! The car was in excellent condition, drove amazingly, and made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Erick, who was incredible from start to finish. He answered every single one of my questions, no matter what time of day, and always replied in less than a minute. He was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process, making everything stress-free.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend renting from Erick, and I will definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in Miami. Thank you again for everything!
