Exceptional experience. The host and co-host provided top-notch customer service and were extremely helpful from beginning to end. Instructions very clean. The BMW M4 was in impeccable condition, both inside and out. Performance was exactly as expected: powerful, smooth, and very well maintained, with great brakes and overall driving feel.
