We take guest experience very seriously, which is why we want to clarify this review with the documented facts. The vehicle was remotely unlocked promptly after the guest arrived and contacted us. Out communication and vehicle access records are timestamped and clearly document the timing of the unlock. We understand that arriving during bad weather can be frustrating; however, the claim that the gust was left waiting 15 minutes because we failed to unlock the vehicle is not correct
