Car was clean and worked well. But no key. So had to wait a while to get access to Tesla app. Also, the Airport Gate Shuttle service is slow. So, if you’re pressed for time, plan for it.

Host: super nice, responsive, i appreciated them. They did their best to make it work and help me when things were rough. They told me they would make it right.
Car: i wish i could say the car was great. Just was a little war-torn inside, the sensors on the Tesla were throwing up so many errors during the trip. Car would randomly park itself (like at a light), the auto break/ regen breaking were sorta busted? They would also turn off at random times with an error and just say the car would not stop. Also, the car would free roll in this mode, saying that the park did not function.
Needless to say, after talking with the host quite a bit, they did their best to ease our pain and I was happy with their communication about the situation. They weren’t able to swap me, but said they’d make it right. Once they have, i’ll update this review! Tough situation.
Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm glad my communication was helpful during your trip. The Tesla's sensors and systems can sometimes behave differently than expected, but everything was functioning within normal parameters. Thank you for being so understanding.

Shuttle took forever. Watched other shuttles pass by twice before getting picked up. Constant error messages while driving the car.
Thank you for your feedback, Franklin. Shuttle timing and airport transportation are managed by the parking facility and are unfortunately outside of the host’s direct control. We provided pickup instructions in advance and did our best to assist throughout the trip. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.

Amazing car, pick up and drop off was easy ! I couldn’t get the Tesla app to work at first but then the host came and helped me figure it out , I would definitely book again he made it such a breeze ! Thanks !
