The entire process has been 100 pct hassle and stress free w Christopher. He is communicative before, during and after the trip re: pickup and drop off, providing all necessary instrutions and expectations. It's been amazing. The Tesla is fun to drive and met my needs and expectation for what was a lengthy drive. Ty!

I’ve rented several vehicles from this host, and I’ve had an excellent experience every single time! The cars are always clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. I’ve never had any issues with the vehicles or the rental process. The pickup and drop-off process is incredibly easy and convenient. I especially appreciate that I never have to wait around for someone to meet me—the instructions for accessing the vehicle are some of the clearest and easiest I’ve experienced on Turo.
It’s clear that this host takes genuine pride in his vehicles and cares about providing a great experience for his guests. After so many consistently positive experiences, I feel completely comfortable recommending him. If you’re looking for a trustworthy host, well-cared-for vehicles, and a smooth, stress-free rental experience, I highly recommend renting from him. I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. When we picked up the Tesla, the car was dirty despite the host stating that it had just been cleaned. We also found multiple issues with the vehicle, including warning messages appearing on the dashboard, as well as damage that was not accurately reflected in the listing photos. I had specifically booked a Tesla because safety was important to me, particularly as I was travelling in a foreign country.
I contacted Turo Support and provided photos of the issues. After reviewing the situation, Turo advised us not to continue with the reservation and instructed us to arrange the return of the vehicle.
Communication with the host was also disappointing. His responses came across as very blunt and dismissive when I raised the issues with the vehicle, rather than being helpful or understanding of our concerns.
We agreed on a location to return the car, but when we arrived, the host did not show up and did not respond to our messages. We waited for around 20 minutes before contacting Turo again. Turo ultimately had to end the trip and arrange a replacement vehicle for us.
I appreciate Turo Support for helping resolve the situation, but overall the experience was stressful and inconvenient. I would have expected the vehicle to be clean as advertised, accurately represented in the listing, the concerns to be taken seriously, and the return process to be handled more professionally.
