Overall good reservation, car wasn’t freshly washed but was decent (could have used a vacuum, quick interior wipe, and quick wash)
I reached out about the level of gas to start (a little less than half) no response so just returned it at same level I got it.
Car ran great!! Would rent again.

The car had a strong smell of weed, and then they tried to charge me for spots that were already on the car, which felt unfair and upsetting.

Firstly, the car was dirty. Secondly, It had a strong weed smell. Also, the service engine message was on soon as I started the car. Lastly, whoever came to get the car snatched the keys out of my hand and was extremely rude! When I told them initially about the smell they said whoever had the car previously smoked a lot. They didn’t even wash the car. I will never rent from them again. Terrible service!!!

It was a great experience for my first time using Turo. The hosts were helpful when I needed. It would have been great to have a plate number to identify the car as there were 4 other vehicles with the same description. The first day I actually took the wrong car ans had to return to the location to pick up the correct vehicle. That could have easily been avoided had I had the plate number at rhe beginning. That is the only reason I didn't give a 5 rating. After that issue was resolved, it was smooth riding from there. The vehicle ran great and was phenomenal on gas. I would recommend this host for sure.

It was a great experience for my first time using Turo. The hosts were helpful when I needed. It would have been great to have a plate number to identify the car as there were 4 other vehicles with the same description. The first day I actually took the wrong car ans had to return to the location to pick up the correct vehicle. That could have easily been avoided had I had the plate number at rhe beginning. That is the only reason I didn't give a 5 rating. After that issue was resolved, it was smooth riding from there. The vehicle ran great and was phenomenal on gas.
