Worst experience ever. Our host didn’t leave the keys at the vehicle, didn’t offer to bring them to us but informed us we could reschedule a pickup for the following morning and we ended up having to uber to a different car rental due to the hosts lack of communication! Do not use this host if you expect to drive away in a vehicle.
I am only giving them a one star because I cant give them 100 negative stars.

Communication was great, lots of co-hosts to get in touch with and always quick responses- but there was a terrible cigarette smell in the car. Had to dock a few points for that, I will not be renting this car again.
