Everything went smooth customer service is was perfect!! Only issue was when I open the gas tank to put gas, I found a clear white bag and inside was white powder, I am in 8 years of law enforcement currently employed with them. I reported this and to turo, who ever is in charge of cleaning needs to look. I could of went to jail for something that was not mine, please look better in these cars people can get in serious trouble

The trip as a whole was a negative because the car had an engine issue which meant we had to get it towed and seek a different accommodation. The hosts were helpful and good to work with when we planned and started our trip. The Turo support team (roadside assistance and reimbursement) were also very helpful and expedient. We recognize that a car issue can happen unexpectedly to anyone. It cause a lot of stress on our trip but we do not hold that against anyone. We would use Turo and this host again, even if this particular car did not give us the experience we were looking for.
