Great fuel efficient car for getting around town, simple and easy to drive.

Mike had the clearest instructions on where to find the car of any host I’ve used so far. The car may have been a 2013 but it ran well and appeared to have been well kept. Mike was friendly and helpful and I would recommend this car to anyone.

Car was great but unfortunately I had to pay $36 for pickup parking. Mike told me I’d receive a refund for half of this but I’ve since followed up multiple times and not received it or heard back.

Future guests, book with confidence as the parking fee to exit the garage is not $36. A unique situation caused the higher than normal fee, and it has been refunded to Maddie. My Civic is in fantastic condition!
The review is inaccurate, and I’m not sure why Maddie posted it. I have fully refunded the parking fee mentioned and have promptly responded to all messages. I believe she was frustrated with TURO support and their processing of the refund back to her account. This issue was resolved.
Totally as expected, great host and car was great! Even had car chargers that came in handy.
