The car itself is excellent — perfect condition, clean, drives great and had no issues at all. The pickup app worked fine.
The only problem was the link to the app. We arrived late in the night, but the car was locked and the trip link was not sent in advance. We had to wait till the next day.
The host eventually responded and sent $30 compensation for the Uber, which was highly appreciated.
Just a small suggestion: please send the working trip link at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. That would make the whole experience much smoother.
