This was my first time renting a Tesla through Turo, and it was an amazing experience! The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. The host was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know, which made me feel comfortable as a first-time Tesla renter. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!

Thai was an excellent host throughout this experience.

When the vehicle issue occurred, he was responsive, helpful, and genuinely tried to assist in resolving the situation. She treated the problem as if it were his own and made every effort to communicate with Tesla and Turo to help find a solution.

Although the repair and reservation issues were beyond his control, she remained professional and willing to help throughout the process. I truly appreciate her patience, cooperation, and kindness.

I would gladly rent from Thai again in the future and highly recommend her to other guests.

DO NOT BOOK. This was genuinely dangerous.

The host delivered this Tesla 90 minutes late, after dark, to a train station filled with homeless people. My wife is a wheelchair user. We had 4 suitcases. We were stuck in an unsafe area at night with no alternative ride. We had no choice but to take the car just to get to safety.

Once driving, the dashboard was lit up with warnings. The tires were near bald, well below safe minimums. Light rain had flooded the Tesla FSD camera(s) and disabled Automatic Emergency Braking and every (camera) driver-assist feature. We spent 4 of our 6 day trip in a 4,000lb car with zero active safety systems.

The listing advertises 310 miles of range. We got about 130. Charging cost us $255 instead of roughly $80 and we lost hours sitting at Superchargers instead of enjoying our vacation. FYI, that gas mileage isn't even on par with a hybrid gas car (it's really bad!)

The worst part: the host's own Tesla service records show they knew the tires were unsafe before handing us the keys. They tried to schedule a service appointment during our rental to "make the tires safer to drive." They never told us. I found out. I asked; never given a resolution. They never responded to our messages.

The host did, however, ask us to pay the $255 supercharger invoice "promptly."

If you travel with family, children, or anyone with a disability, please protect them and book elsewhere. This host is knowingly renting a car they know needs service, has a horrible battery life and hoping you won't notice or cancel.
