The car had multiple problems in the 60 days I had it and I either had to take it back to Houston which was an hour and a half away or fix it myself. I wouldn’t rent this car again if I had the option

Thank you for your feedback, John. We take vehicle maintenance and guest safety very seriously. This was a 60-day rental, and the service needed during the trip was a routine oil change that became due while the vehicle was in use. The tire later lost air after picking up an object during the trip. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and want future guests to know the vehicle is regularly maintained and inspected to provide a safe, reliable experience.
