All of the air vents but one are broken in some way that you can't really adjust them, but that was our only issue.

I’m giving this host 4 out of 5 stars. The communication throughout the rental was outstanding—they were responsive, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish.
The vehicle did have a few minor issues that kept it from being a perfect experience. However, it was still reliable and had no problem getting me safely from Point A to Point B.
Overall, I had a good experience and would consider renting from this host again.
