Host was very easy to talk to. Host also made sure to make accommodations for an issue. They come up with a car. Would work would host again.

We were under the impression that the car would be at Hobby Airport’s parking garage, since the location was “Hobby Airport,” and ended up having to shuttle to a lot down the road late at night when we got there. Last time we booked Turo at Hobby, it was in the parking garage which is way more convenient especially when traveling with kids. The car smelled like weed and like they tried to cover it with Febreeze. It was irritating to our eyes and noses, especially our toddler’s. The car would also accelerate weird and choppy. Other than that, it did the job. Host was responsive and allowed us to return the car to Hobby’s garage instead of down the road, which was appreciated. I would suggest clarifying the pickup location in the listing, since marking pickup as “Hobby Airport” was misleading. But overall could’ve been a better experience.

For airport trips, Turo designates pickup as “Hobby Airport,” but vehicles are often located in nearby airport-designated parking lots rather than directly inside the terminal garage. This is a standard setup for the majority of Turo rentals at Hobby.
I understand this may differ from past experiences, but the pickup location provided in the trip details (sent to you by Turo prior to trip) reflects the exact spot used for this booking.
