The outside of the car was not cleaned. The hosts are not nice, they charge me extra fee for miles, at higher price that it was indicated

The car was very nice and very fun to drive. Owner was prompt and great communicator. The pickup was a bit confusing simply because the pick up lot was in lot just east of the key bus drop off location,
