Host interaction was Terrible! Host was super unprofessional on pick up, had to wait over an hour for my vehicle to to be returned as another guest had taken it due to keys not being secure. Host laughed at me and ridiculed me when I told him that the vehicle was missing. Parking location was not safe!homeless people nearby and a nonworking elevator so I had to walk up six flights of stairs with suitcases… car was in decent running condition and fuel efficient, but definitely needs some maintenance weird noise when wheel turns and no windshield washer fluid for starters. I was in town for work and was extremely late due to pick up delays. Overall host experience was extremely disappointing.
We’re sorry for the delay. Another guest mistakenly took your vehicle and returned it as soon as we contacted them. We apologized and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. You also extended your trip twice, so we don’t feel this review fairly reflects your overall experience. While this happened on my 40th birthday, we still worked hard to make things right.

I reviewed the photos, and the car appears to be in good condition. There are a few minor specks of sand and sunscreen, which are consistent with a budget rental used in a tropical environment.
