Good communication but did not feel comfortable with the car given there were some bugs

Host was amazing, just a terrible roach issue, minor dents and scratches , leaky ac under driver seat ( minor smell )

had a very disappointing experience with this car rental. The vehicle was in terrible condition, it was dirty inside, and to make things worse, there were roaches in the car, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the windshield wipers were squeaky and barely effective, and the brakes made loud squeaking noises every time I slowed down, which made me feel unsafe driving it.
Overall, the car clearly wasn’t properly cleaned or maintained before being rented out. I would not recommend this company and suggest they seriously improve their hygiene and maintenance standard.
