This car has a vibration problem,feels like a bad tire or wheel. Makes driving the car very unpleasant like having a shopping cart with a bad wheel.
This car should not be rented again until this is fixed. I would never had rented this if this problem had been included in the description.
We take vehicle safety and maintenance very seriously. After your trip, the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and no vibration, tire, wheel, or mechanical issues were found. The car remains in excellent condition and continues to be rented without any reported concerns. We understand that driving experiences can vary, but we respectfully disagree with the characterization of the vehicle's condition. Had any safety or maintenance issue been identified, it would have been addressed immediately.

Great host, communication and instructions complete, airport pick up and drop off a breeze, car runs great, in good condition, only negative is interior was a bit dirty. Don’t think it got cleaned between rentals.

The location was convenient, there was a little food in the floor in the backseat, just crackers. Nice small, reliable vehicle with great gas mileage.
