The car quality was good besides the fact you could tell it wasn’t cleaned from the last guest. Other than that I had no issues with the car driving and getting me where I needed to go. This was a last min trip so it wasn’t bad at all
The pick up and drop off instructions were very easy to follow.

The last minute availability was great. Pick up was not as convenient as other Turo rentals I’ve had. I was advised before pick up there was a smoke smell, that wasn’t the issue. The vehicle needs serviced. I rented it to drive to Cedar Point. At about 65-70 mph, the suspension starts to make a noise, making it impossible to go the speed limit. Also, the dash shows less than 1000 miles to service is due and it’s needed now not later. The engine feels like it’s about to give in at this point. Not what I was anticipating when renting a vehicle that’s supposed to be newer and reliable.

Car was good had a minor issue at first but didn’t cause any issues later on. The car was also a little dirty when we picked it up and I was never reimbursed for airport parking even after I sent my Venmo. Other than that the car worked great and was a good ride.
