This host is professional and prompt. The customer service is excellent and she made sure that my trip was successful. The car is perfect, and was worth far more than the price. I definitely recommend and will use again. No complaints.

Great and flexible host. The car worls great for getting around. I think the only thing was that there was still a lingering smoke smell that never went away
I think the host must've had a car scent or spray that tried to mask it but overall the smells still overpowered and we did need to keep the windows down for most of our trip (really sensitive to smell and my husband has asthma)
