Car was perfect as described. Pickup prosses was very easy. I chose to rent outside of the airport and it was about 20 minutes away. Host had great communication and overall was a great and hassle free experience!

Car itself was great and as described. No issues with cleanliness as other reviews described. Reason for a 4/5 rating is pick up and drop off were both a little bumpy.

The car was extremely dirty and not at all as per the description. Broken windshield in the back. Food crumbs everywhere, sticky floor and seats. Said 320 miles with full charge and it was 180 miles with 80%. Told me he would drop off the car at Westin Denver, but put in the parking garage which I had to pay for. Eventually the host did agree to pay for cleaning, but no point in after we find out how dirty the car was.

Despite efforts to address concerns, your text threats and constant harassment are unacceptable. As noted on the listing, max range is 275 miles at 100%; driving to your drop-off location naturally uses battery. Pre-trip photos prove the vehicle was clean. Delivery was free airport parking is separate, yet I still offered to cover it and pay for full detailing to accommodate you. Despite these resolutions, hostility continued. Future issues should go strictly through platform support. Good luck!
