car in good condition drove nicely. clean. good communication with owner of vehicle. and was very polite and understanding. I would rent a vehicle again from her again. I called extremely early in the morning and work her up. she explained how to ues the app to check in to pick up vehicle.

Car had some technical issues that needed to be resolved. Owner was responsive and apologetic but Turo was unwilling to assist and suggested dangerous options to provide evidence.

The Host was nice about changing our car last minute and trying to offer to let turo fix the issue but this car was not worth the money or renting. Turo tried to help us switch to another car that was going to cost more money. The point is the car needs work and has issues. We barely used it. Couldn’t switch unless more was paid. Felt like we didn’t have any options.
