Car quality was great! However the reason I gave it 3 stars was the fact that Turo is supposed to be more convenient than any generic car rental company. It was not convenient that I had to pay an exit fee out of the parking garage and had to wash the car before returning to avoid any fees. I wish these things were told to me before renting the car, or else i would have chosen a different car.
Other than that, the car drove great and it was a great trip.
Hi Brooke, thank you for your feedback and for the kind words about the car. Airport garage fees are required by the airport and are disclosed in the listing and check-in instructions before booking. Hosts do not receive any portion of those fees. Also, guests are not required to wash the vehicle before return unless it is returned excessively dirty. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the process even clearer for future guests.
