This was truly one of the best Turo experiences I’ve ever had. Eric was incredibly patient and kind, especially as this was my first time driving an EV and I was completely panicked when the battery dropped to 10%. At first, we were texting through the app, but when he sensed how stressed I was, he immediately picked up the phone and called me. He walked me through everything, stayed on the line until I reached the charging location, reassured me step-by-step, and genuinely calmed me down during a very overwhelming moment.

Eric even went above and beyond by switching me into a different vehicle to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. This is what real customer care looks like. He treated me like a valued customernot just another booking and his level of support was truly exceptional which is very hard to find these days.

I would recommend Eric’s service over any other. Absolutely impeccable.

I loved renting Eric’s vehicle for my trip! It was my first experience with an EV, so I had a bit of a learning curve on making sure to take care of its charging needs properly, but I got the hang of it! Would definitely recommend; Eric is an amazing host and even came to help me when I ran out of battery and needed assistance getting to a charging station.
