Host had great communication from outset and throughout. However, this rating is on the car itself. When I picked up the car and drove it initially, it felt like the transmission was on it's last leg. Whenever accelerating, it was a bit of a struggle for it to catch up in speed, especially during highway driving. Fast forward to nearly 20 hours into the RVSP, I was leaving an appointment and the car would not start! I knew it was not a battery issue because the dashboard was fully lit and responded as though it had power. After contacting Turo support, they sent out a roadside assistance guy to jump start it (I specifically requested a tow), he could not start it and suggested the fuel pump might need replacement. I contacted Turo again once he left and then, they dispatched a tow company. The tow company arrived 7 hours after the incident was reported to Turo. Host ultimately received the car and claimed he started it with "0" issues.
Book with all of this in mind and read the other reviews closely. I wish I had in advance.

The 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 has a 3-cylinder engine, so slower acceleration—especially on highways—is normal, not a transmission issue. After your trip, I inspected and drove the vehicle multiple times, and it has been starting and running properly with no mechanical concerns. I always encourage guests to reach out during the trip so I can assist right away if anything feels off. Thank you again.
