This car was beautiful, the pick up was easy and the host was on point. Will definitely recommend and rent from again.

The house was very accommodating the pick off and drop off very thorough with instructions. I had a great trip. Car was excellent. Will reserve again.

Unfortunately, this month-long Jaguar rental involved several serious issues. The vehicle was provided without valid registration, and it took more than seven days to resolve, causing us to significantly limit our driving. We were initially told that a previous renter had stolen the registration card for possible identity theft. However, we later discovered that both the registration and vehicle sticker had expired, so the explanation we received did not match the actual issue.
When the rear tire lost air and we reported it, the host suggested taking it to a repair shop because it might have picked up a nail. Upon inspection, however, we learned that the leak came from an unsuccessful previous repair—not a new nail—and there were visible signs of dry rot between the tire treads. The passenger-side taillight was also out, which resulted in us being pulled over by police. Additionally, the front-right speaker worked only intermittently.
Communication was extremely difficult throughout the trip. There appeared to be a language barrier, and many messages seemed to be AI-generated. The responses were often lengthy, inconsistent, and unrelated to what we were asking, making already stressful situations even more confusing and frustrating.
The host took the vehicle during our reservation for emissions testing and offered to reimburse us through QuickPay for the gas he used. He later took it again to address the registration, using additional gas. Despite offering reimbursement, he never paid anything. We followed up at checkout regarding the gas and requested reasonable compensation for the numerous inconveniences and safety concerns. Ten days later, we have received no response.
This was marketed and priced as a high-end Jaguar rental. At that level, we reasonably expected the vehicle to be properly registered, safe, well-maintained, and inspected before the trip. Unfortunately, the condition of the car and the service we received fell far below those expectations.
