Sasha was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. I accidentally put our rental time for AM instead of PM and did not show up for the reserved pick-up time. She moved the car in a parking garage so I could still pick up the car, even though it was a very inconvenient situation for her. The car was clean and ran great.

I have been using Turo for years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My host was almost a hour late picking me up she tried to blame it on traffic however when we were on the phone originally she told me the car was not ready and needed to be cleaned which is ridiculous because I paid for a certain pick up time the car should have been ready. This forfeited my $35 deposit money I had to pay for my hair appointment because I do not live in state lost out in that money and my appointment. The host told me the EZ-Pass worked and I was able to use it no problem so I decided to go to DC for a day I use the toll way because I was informed of the EZ-Pass and every single toll I went through stated to call customer service i immediately contacted the host and heard nothing back until 24 hrs later when I had to reach out again! Experience was very unprofessional and bad for business especially since I paid in full for this trip way back in February I will never be using this host again!!!
