We had to change to this vehicle at the last second, because the reserved vehicle was not available. We really had no choice but to except a vehicle that wasn’t comparable to what we reserved. The car was not great quality but got us to where we needed to go. We returned the car, took pictures and notified the host. A few hours later, the host messaged me and asked where her “hubcaps were.” I explained they were on her car and I had the pictures to support that. Sheepishly, she said “Oh yea, I forgot!” What? So you just randomly accuse someone of returning a car without hubcaps? Bad experience!

The rental was super easy to get started on arrival and at drop off. The host is very responsive. The car was very clean, no odd smells. I did notice the brakes squeaked at times but otherwise worked great. It was great having the phone holder on the dash for gps use as well. I would definitely rent again.
