The car was amazing however the host Dave made this trip very enjoyable. He was professional and so accommodating. I will use his service every time in Austin. The car is great on gas.

Besides being able to get the car from the airport , the car was a horrible rental . I wouldn’t book again . inside smelt like smoke and when i picked up the car , the car wouldn’t start and come to find out it was the battery which then i had to get a jumper cable from employees from the airport . The front bumper was hanging off car shaked the whole ride . Wouldn’t recommend
Hi Alexus, I'm disappointed to see this feedback. When we discussed the battery at the start of the trip, you stated it wasn't a big deal and chose to proceed. Had you expressed concern then, I would have gladly swapped the vehicle. Regarding the odor and bumper, these were not reported during the rental, preventing me from addressing them immediately. I take maintenance seriously and wish you had reached out so I could have helped during your trip
