Rented this EV for the first time for a weekend trip and it went great. Gregg was super communicative and helpful during the check in and check out process and provided plenty of helpful info to help me feel confident along the way. Would rent again!

Honestly the car and owner are great, but renting an EV in Austin and getting chargers to work and everything is exhausting. Half of them don’t work, the other half require 11$ parking fee to use, it’s very difficult to plan again charging speed etc. would never do again, hugely stressful and time consuming
