Nice detailed pick up location directions. Car drove well, really good gas mileage!

Everything about the car was amazing! Easy pick up and drop off made it very hassle free! Would definitely use again.

The car was as described and perfectly clean on pickup. The car functioned well, and I did not have any problems during the trip. The instructions for car pickup were thorough and extremely helpful, especially because the car was parked off airport property and required a shuttle for pickup.

The car quality was amazing, clean and she rode smooth.

I gave the host two stars because I landed in Denver at 11pm at night. I was told the car location and when I got there, the car was not in that location. They have two cars that are the same but with similar license plates that are off by one number. It took me 90 minutes in the dark parking lot that had a lot of cars to find the car. I contacted the host and I told them, the row that you told me the car is located, it was not there. I had to walk up and down every aisle to find the car. There were no one at this parking lot and some of the light posts were off. It was not a good experience that I called Turo and was going to cancel. That is very unprofessional to say you park your car at said location and it wasn't there. I sent them pictures too of the car that was there. I even asked did the license plate change. The car was located in a different row. Even the airport shuttle guy helped me to find the car and he asked me are you sure this is the right location. He also saw the Prius with the different license plate that was given and I told him this is where the host left the car. Again, the car was located in a completely different row. Took me 45 mins to get in contact with the host.

This was my first time in Denver. I didn't not get to my hotel until near 1 am and then had to wake up early to head to my destination.

Returning my car was not an issue. I even returned my car early and again I couldn't reach my host. It would take 24 hours for my host to respond. Typically, if I contact a host they respond within a couple of minutes to one hour.

The deal is affordable but the hosts need to tighten up. Maybe it was just my experience and a miscommunication but to feel stranded at parking lot in a state you never been to and the parking lot was extremely dark is a scary experience and I did not feel safe, especially as a woman lugging her luggage.

Other than that car quality was a 5. Deal was a 5.

Car was clean and pick up/ drop off were perfectly smooth. Loved the ride!
