I mean, overall, it’s pretty cool. The car ride was very convenient, and the vehicle itself was extremely smooth and comfortable. The only thing I found somewhat excessive was the additional $200 charge to change the pickup time and get the car sooner. I understand that adjustments to the reservation may come with an additional fee, but considering we had already paid over $500 for just three days, I felt that amount was somewhat disproportionate. Especially when you consider that $300 is already around what some people pay for an entire month of vehicle insurance. 😅 In my opinion, that additional charge felt more like an unnecessary fee than a reasonable adjustment cost.

Car served it's purpose. Nothing special, but I didn't want anything special. It was a good price and a good car. Pickup and drop off were easy. Because I was being dumb, I needed help understanding how to get the key on pick up, and someone was able to help me and was very friendly. The renter was very responsive to questions and very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely rent from them again.

It wasn’t charged on the hybrid side, if you’re looking for a reliable this is ur car. If you’re looking for pretty, it’s not. Id rent again. Thank you.
