Overall, it was an easy and smooth rental experience! The 2017 Kia Optima is a bit dated and has some wear and tear, including a few rips in the seat cushions, but it drove well and gave me no issues during the trip. Pickup and the overall experience were easy, and I’d rent it again. Thanks for the smooth rental!

Car was good except the left head light was out so it was very difficult to drive at night.
Also the pictures of the inside of the car didn’t reflect the current aesthetics. Worn seats and arm rest.

Loved renting. Host was very understanding, communicated well, and was able to accommodate me when needed during my trip. I really appreciated it. The vehicle and experience was great and would definitely book again!
