The manner in which the host (owner of vehicle) communicated with me during the return process was extremely disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. In all of my experiences using Turo, I have never been spoken to or treated in such a manner by a host.
I understand that issues and misunderstandings can arise during any rental however, there is absolutely no excuse for the tone, language and level of disrespect he displayed toward me during phone call. Every Turo host I have dealt with in the past has remained polite, professional and helpful when addressing concerns regardless of the circumstances.
As a paying customer, I expect to be communicated with respectfully. I pray no one ever has to experience what I just went through.
