Pickup and communication were easy, and the host was responsive regarding trip logistics. However, the interior of the vehicle was noticeably dirty at pickup. We documented the condition with photos immediately and mentioned it during the rental, but the concern was never quite addressed. If cleanliness is important to you, I would recommend inspecting the vehicle carefully at pickup.

I do wish they parked the car at lgb closer in time to when I landed so the parking fee wasn’t like $28 (they did credit $4) but still.
