Car was clean. Unfortunately, it drives really bad
. It shakes really hard and rattles. Tire pressure alert kept coming on, so we stopped to put air in the tires. The alignment is in really bad shape. I would highly recommend it going in for some maintenance.
New brake rotors and brake pads have been installed. Car has new tires and aligned. Drives perfect. We provide the absolute best customer service and the best cars that are available 24/7, 365! Thank you for supporting local small business and we look forward to serving you again.

Host was very responsive, communicative, and timely with check-ins, updates, and check-out procedure.
The 2014 Toyota Camry is definitely showing its age, however. The tires’ treads were quite bare; new tires definitely needed.
The inside of the car was clean, but the windshield needs a thorough wipe-down on the inside. Spots/dust/grime made it difficult to see during night-time driving. There was also a rattling sound when the A/C was used.
Overall, I would recommend this host for renting cars because of friendliness and communication, but would rather pay another $50-100 for a car that’s 2X as nice.

We do our very best to provide the highest quality we can with older cars that are half the cost of renting a newer car, however you cannot expect a 12 year old rental car to not have some wear and tear. Every car is inspected before and after the trip and the tires are within Turo policy which is 4/32 tread depth.
