The experience started with some issues during pickup. I was instructed to go to parking spot A-200, but when I arrived with my family (including my 4-year-old daughter), the vehicle was not there. After reaching out, the host mentioned he was still on the way and arrived about 8 minutes late. Instead of parking the vehicle, he handed it off at the entrance, which made me feel rushed and didn’t allow me to properly inspect the truck.

The vehicle, a Tesla Cybertruck, was clean and in good overall condition, and it drove excellent.

However, at my first stop, I noticed the driver-side hubcap was missing. This concerned me because I didn’t have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle at pickup. I contacted the host immediately, and he told me it was already missing when he delivered the vehicle. However, the photos he uploaded on Turo (showing the vehicle at the pickup location) clearly showed that hubcap in place, which created confusion and concern.

Additionally, while driving on the highway, I heard a loud noise and had to pull over. The front passenger-side hubcap had a loose rubber edge that was hitting against the vehicle. I had to remove it myself and place it in the back, which left my hands very dirty.

Communication was quick and effective, although there was limited flexibility regarding mileage. For drop-off, we agreed on a different location instead of the airport, which ended up being convenient for both parties.

Overall, the truck itself was great, but the experience lacked consistency and transparency. I would rent a Cybertruck again, but likely not with this host.
