Everything was as planned with no issues or interruptions, even though my plans changed, he was very understanding and attentive

Pick up and drop off were easy. Communication was great. Truck was exactly what needed for a trip outside the city - I think we went close to 200mi and had no problems. Jacque also kindly accommodated our last minute reservation (I think it was at like 8pm for an 8am next day) - he mentioned that he couldn't get the truck detailed in time, but it was very clean, we couldn't tell at all! Will absolutely rent from Jacque again next time we're in town.
