The rental process went well and the host was easy to deal with. Vehicle had a missing trim and minor blemishes. It was well cared for and maintained. It fit our party well and had plenty of room. The host was super flexible with the pickup and return process. The vehicle drove well no handling issues and no issues during the trip. Will rent from them again.

The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

Absolutely made our trip!! We had friends visiting from out of town and the van was the perfect addition to ensure we could all go places together. We had every seat filled and every single person was still extremely comfortable and safe!! Beautiful vehicle and the rental process could not have been any smoother.

Van rental was easy with multiple videos showing how to utilize the wheelchair strap down. Sophia was great to deal with. (5 stars) Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!

Nick was an excellent host! The 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
