Picking up your Turo rental at Bozeman International Airport is simple. Exit the airport terminal and head to the Public Parking lot, locate your vehicle, grab the keys from the lockbox, and drive out using the ticket left inside. To return, park in the same lot, leave the ticket in the car, keys in the lock box, and message your host on the Turo app. In-person handovers at Bozeman International Airport are allowed at Premium Parking A, located near the short-term parking area.
With all the hustle of getting ready to fly, being able to contact your host via the Turo app makes your trip even easier to get off the ground. Here’s your reminder to message your Turo host before takeoff. Reach out via the app to confirm where your vehicle is parked and get any additional details you’ll need for a smooth arrival.
If your car rental host asks you to cover a parking fee to enter or exit the airport lot, they will have mentioned it in their Turo listing so there are no surprises. Bozeman Airport also charges a small car rental delivery fee, which Turo collects and passes straight through — no markup, no funny business, just part of the process.

Contactless check-in and checkout
Many hosts offer contactless check-in and checkout, if their car has remote access technology, allowing you to find the car, unlock it, and be on your way without meeting them in person. Message your host for specific instructions.

Convenient airport car rental pickup and return
Rather than hustling at the busy terminal curbside, take your time picking up the rental car at approved parking lots or garages. Check in, load up your luggage, and get comfortable with the car without a big rush.

Relax with support & damage protection
24/7 support and roadside assistance mean help is just a call away, plus you can choose from a range of protection plans.

With two hours of free parking throughout Downtown Bozeman and simple airport pickup, renting a car from a local via the Turo app is a great way to travel. Here are a few top tips to help you hit the road with ease.
Follow the airport signs to the Public Parking lot to find your rental vehicle. Use the code you've received via the Turo app to open the lockbox and retrieve the vehicle keys located inside. The ticket left by your host will help you exit the lot. Be sure to check in with your host on the Turo app before your flight to confirm the car's location.
With your return rental vehicle, head to the same lot no earlier than four hours before your car rental host plans to pick it up. On entry, take a ticket and leave it in the car. Place the keys in the drop box located at its original position, then message your host via the Turo app with the parking details — and you're all set to head off into the airport terminal.
If you’re doing an in-person drop-off, head to the short-term parking lot, section Premium A, to meet your car rental host. The app also has a handy Location Sharing feature to help you both stay in sync.
