I had a great experience renting from DM. The rental process was smooth and easy, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and everything went exactly as expected. Communication was great, and I had no issues throughout my rental. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free Turo experience!
Everything was as expected, the owner was responsive and helpful, the car drives well, you may want to bring a fast charger if you intend to charge your phone. The car had a slight funny smell, I’m sure that’s not a constant and it really wasn’t the end of the world. We just opened the windows and let the air exchange. All in all this car was hands down the best bang for the buck, if you want to get around reliably, burn very little gas and appreciate a responsive owner, this is the car that will do all of that and the price was by far the best on the site.
All good! Good comms. Car drove nicely. I have a similar car back home. Only note is it was a little tricky to find where to park the car as the building does not have an address posted.
Great price, great pickup location, great ride, fuel efficient, and great communication. Would rent again!
Great experience! This was a last-minute rental, and everything went smoothly. The car was really good on gas, which was a huge plus. The host was very communicative and made everything easy. I would definitely rent from them again!
I had an excellent experience renting from Carlos! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. His instructions were clear and straightforward, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The car drove great and was extremely reliable. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a great rental experience. I would definitely rent from him again and look forward to doing so on my next visit!
Great experience renting from Zay! He was polite, informative, and made the entire process easy and seamless. The pickup location was super convenient, especially being in the city where rental options can be limited. The hybrid was great on gas, which made my weekend road trip even better. Would definitely rent from Zay again and highly recommend!
Everything went exactly as planned and scheduled. Very satisfied with car and services provided by host. At the time of this rental pick up & drop off was open air street parking in the south loop.. which for me did not pose any concerns... It's worth mentioning because this might determine whether you pick the car up during the day or at night. Cheers
Amazing host. Extremely warm, friendly, and communicative. The car was super clean and a great ride. The sound system was also crisp and the perfect fit for our weekend trip. Highly recommend!
Car was excellent, pick up and drop off was super easy. Carlos was a very responsive host. Would definitely rent again!
Always a great host my mom always rent from them cars always Nice Clean
Great experience. Car was clean. Both delivery and pick up were on time. Excellent service! First rental with Turo. Will do again!
So much fun! Sunny was a pleasure to work with. This cute little Miata can go go go! Back roads or highways with the top down, hands down the least windy convertible EVAR! Excellent sound system, and easy pairing. Super comfortable seats! If you’ve ever wanted to know what it’s like to drive a roller skate, definitely rent this car.
Car was in great condition, runs smoothly, pick up was easy, ideal pickup and drop off, easy to reach host. Would rent with DM auto again
This is the best rental company on Turo. Understanding, communication all day, they worked with me being late because of work. I'll be only using them in Chicago
Clean and Great Car! Great communication from the host as well! Definitely will rent again!
Great car, super easy pickup and return. Great fuel economy. Way better than a rental agency. Thanks!
Trip was great! Everything went smooth and easy. Car is clean and ready to go. Great experience all around.
