BMW rental in Miami, FL

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had SO much fun with the BMW! What a cute little car, and especially for a trip to the Keys—it was absolutely perfect. We had an absolute blast driving it around, and it made bumming around Key West even more fun! One little note just for anyone planning a longer vacation: if you’re traveling for two or more weeks with several people and multiple bags per person, you’ll definitely want to pack strategically. We were only three people, so we made it work just fine. We were also staying at a hotel for multiple nights and could unpack. When the convertible top is down, it does take up quite a bit of the trunk space. That’s obviously nothing against the car—it’s just something worth knowing when planning what to bring! The car itself was immaculate, exactly as described, and honestly couldn’t have been a better ride for our trip. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Pickup was incredibly easy, drop-off was just as simple, and Aleksandr had already sent clear instructions for opening and closing the convertible top. There really wasn’t anything we were left wondering about. He was extremely communicative, reliable, and made the entire experience effortless. This car genuinely made our trip that much better. What an awesome way to rent a car! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to renting the old-fashioned way after using Turo—and if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll absolutely rent from Aleksandr again. Car was great, clean and easy process to pick up. Unfortunately the owner car schedule to rent before this (not Javier) cancelled with 1 hour before my reservation. Javier got the car ready as quickly as he could and dropped it off at MIA. Good experience and great times with the top down in Miami Beach!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The BMW X6 M was completely spotless, smelled fresh, looked beautiful, and drove incredibly well. You could tell the car was very well taken care of. Dennin was a fantastic host, and everyone at NOVA LUXURY who helped me was attentive, professional, and extremely responsive to anything I needed. After renting from different people in the past, this experience completely changed my expectations. I had an outstanding experience with this car rental! Although the Porsche SUV I originally booked became unavailable, the host went above and beyond to make sure I was more than taken care of. He offered me an amazing upgrade at no additional cost—a BMW convertible, which turned out to be an absolute blast to drive. The car was in excellent condition, super fun, and made the whole experience even better than I expected. What truly stood out, though, was the host. Anibal was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. His customer service was exceptional and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Great experience renting this BMW X2 2024. Pickup and return were smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The car was clean and performed well overall. Only minor note is the road noise/soundproofing felt a bit more noticeable than I’d expect, though not sure if that’s just how this model is or specific to this car. Would definitely rent from Rich again.

Great host. Car as described on the website. Perfect for a drive from Miami to Key West. Pick address was different than the address posted. I was told about it via text. First time using Turo. I had a great experience and highly recommend the host.

The car was amazing It was such a comfortable drive. The audio system was exceptional. I really enjoyed driving this car. My host was amazing answered messages in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is having to pick it up at the airport the logistics of picking up and dropping off the vehicle at the airport extremely annoying. But otherwise this rental was great. I would definitely rent it again.
