I had an outstanding experience with this car rental! Although the Porsche SUV I originally booked became unavailable, the host went above and beyond to make sure I was more than taken care of. He offered me an amazing upgrade at no additional cost—a BMW convertible, which turned out to be an absolute blast to drive. The car was in excellent condition, super fun, and made the whole experience even better than I expected. What truly stood out, though, was the host. Anibal was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. His customer service was exceptional and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Alex is a true 5 star host. The communications were great and the BMW M4 was in great mechanical condition: no vibrations, good alignment, tires in good condition, soft top working smoothly, clean, etc. If you rented several times on turo, you know this is not always the case. This car was awesome and practical for Miami. I turned alot of heads in this drop top convertible. Luxury experience but at a very affordable price. Rental process was very easy and host was excellent to work with. I can't wait to rent again during my next Florida trip!
