This was my first time using Turo, and the experience was much better than renting from a traditional car rental company. The BMW convertible was clean, drove well, and was a lot of fun to have while exploring Florida. Driving with the top down really added to the vacation experience. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t always get cold, which was noticeable in the Florida heat. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I was very happy with the rental. I would definitely consider using Turo again.

Great experience renting this BMW X2 2024. Pickup and return were smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The car was clean and performed well overall. Only minor note is the road noise/soundproofing felt a bit more noticeable than I’d expect, though not sure if that’s just how this model is or specific to this car. Would definitely rent from Rich again.
