The Mercedes was an absolute pleasure to drive, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and felt every bit as luxurious as you'd expect. The car was in excellent condition and made the entire trip feel extra special. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. Genuinely one of the nicest, most welcoming, and professional hosts you could hope for. Friendly, accommodating, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was seamless, from collection to return, and the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. You can tell the host genuinely cares about providing a first-class experience. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better rental. Five stars simply aren't enough!
