Both Sid's car and Sid'd service were of excellent quality. Car quality - car was clean, delivered to me with a full tank of gas, operated really well, and ran smoothly. All features of the car worked well and I had no issues with it. Pick up location - Sid offered very flexible pick up and drop offs. He worked with what for the both of us, so this was very seamless. Host - Sid's communication and flexibility were most appreciated, along with his walking me through the UK road rules (it was my first time there) and explaining the functions of the car at drop off. His easygoing, humorous charm took the entire rental experience to a whole new level. He was very patient, responsive and quick with effective solutions to my mundane, self-created problems.
